About ProHealthy Heart

My name is Sculanda Peterson and I'm passionate about helping women redefine health, wellness, and balance in their lives.

As a business leader, registered cardiac sonographer, wife, and mother of 3, I know how challenging it can be to prioritize your health and how quickly fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, and other symptoms of aging and disease can creep up if we are not intentional.

I have also seen the shortcomings of our current healthcare system. The good news is that you have so much more control over your health than you may realize.

I believe that learning to be healthy is a million times more valuable than popping pills....And healthy habits last for life!

I created the ProHealthy Heart Guide to Health, Wellness, Fitness, and Longevity Journey to give you the skills and confidence to be your own health advocate, all from the comfort of your home etc.

I've helped women increase energy, improve sleep, lose weight, prevent & reverse chronic illness, and truly love themselves back to a vibrant, healthy life that stands the test of time.
